Privacy Policy

LayrStudio apps, including Heft, are designed to be private by default. We do not collect, transmit, or sell your personal data.

What we collect

Nothing. Heft runs entirely on your Mac. It does not contain analytics, tracking, advertising, or telemetry, and it does not send your files, file names, scan results, or usage to us or anyone else.

Disk access

Heft reads your disk only to show you what's using space. This information stays on your device and is never uploaded. Full Disk Access (full edition) or the folders you grant (App Store edition) are used solely for on‑device scanning and cleanup.

Purchases

Purchases are handled by third parties, not by us — we never see your payment details:

• App Store edition: in‑app purchases are processed by Apple under Apple's privacy policy.
• Full edition: licenses are sold and verified through Lemon Squeezy under their privacy policy. To activate a license, the app sends only your license key to Lemon Squeezy to confirm it's valid.
